At DCBComputing we believe that IT Project Management is just as important to your IT facilities and infrastructure as the equipment actually being used. Our main reasons for this belief is; that if a job has not been correctly project managed, then how do you know you're obtaining the best services possible?
We believe that IT Project Management falls into four different categories, these being:
- Correct planning and advice from the outset
- A transparent and seamless approach
- Quality of service or services
- Ongoing support into the future
Correct planning and advice from the outset
DCBComputing unserstand the need to obtain an accurate and shared understanding of your requirements and business needs. We do this by completing a structured requirements report which involves all or as many parties as you see fit. Once this report has been completed we will deliver a report based on our findings. This report will contain the required proposals for a solution to the scenario.
A transparent and seamless approach Once we have defined the requirements and agreed the 'way forward' plan, we will look to commence the project, keeping you in the loop at all times via our secure online E-Project facility. This facility will provide you with up to date accurate details on the current project position, as well as any updates to the project. During all project work we do recommend frequent meetings to ensure everything is on track!
Quality of service or services It is an important part of any project management to ensure that quality of service is adhered to at all times, not just during the initial consultation and advice, but as an ongoing review. At no point of the project, from start to delivery, should the quality of service fall. Through the use of regular review meetings, and frequent project updates are we able to ensure that you always receive the best service delivered.
Ongoing support into the future Once the project has been completed and everything is running smoothly it's important to remember NOT to walk away.... Once the project has been completed and is live, you must now look towards the support services to ensure there are no issues. This can be as little or as smuch support as you require.
