'Pay as you go' Support

Don't want to be tied down to a
support contract, use our pay as you go service
There might be a time when you require
IT support, but don't have an active support contract in place - don't worry. DCBComputing offers a Full 'Pay as you
go' service..... You simply call us, expalin the issue and we
provide a quotation for you to agree. Once the quotation has
been agreed an engineer will call to resolve your IT problems.
The 'Payg' system is a very simple
process:

We fax or email a quotation for the work to be
completed

You sign the form and return to us with your
preferred engineer call time

An engineer calls to configure a remote support
session to resolve the problem remotely
It's a simple 6 point system.....
Our hourly prices are by far the cheapest business support you will
find. Served by fully qualified engineers.

Please note - The above prices are based on remote
support charges, this is a method of connecting remotely from our
office to the computer in your business via a secure
method. If we need to come onsite, a charge of
40p per mile is applicable from our office location
to your business premises. This charge will be
added to your final payment amount.
