Support+ is a remote IT support solution, it allows you to purchase a pre-determined amount of time with one of our engineers. Time is bought in increments of 30 minutes, to which our engineers will spend with you working through your issues.

It is always difficult to gauge just how much time you need to purchase, however if you don’t buy enough and the time expires before the job is complete, we will simply process a further payment with you over the phone.

We would recommend you first speak to one of our engineers, explain your issue and they will give you an idea of how much time to pre-purchase. On the payment page, we also have a estimator to help you.
