- Call in to the shop with your faulty computer/laptop.
- We will book the equipment in on our electronic system and give you a receipt.
- We will diagnose the fault (at no cost to you), then call with the diagnosis and costs to repair.
- At this point you can either accept or decline the repair.
- If you declined the repair, simply bring your receipt and collect the equipment…. If you accepted the repair, we will order any parts which may be required, complete the work and call you when it is ready for collection. Usually within 1 – 2 days from the drop off day.
It’s as simple as that!!
